Senior package offer for over 60's

The rates include:

• Accommodation with half board: buffet breakfast and dinner (The type of dinner is buffet or 3-course dinner depending on the number of guests staying in the house. The dinner does not include drinks.);
• Special dietary food is available up on request (in case of lactose or gluten intolerance, diabetes), please indicate this when making a reservation and at location, in the restaurant as well!
• Use of the hotel's wellness island (indoor pool, Finnish sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, fitness room);
• Unlimited entrance to Lővér Swimmingpool;
• Free use of the playroom;
• WiFi in the hotel area;
• Parking,
• VAT.

(No refund for unused services. Outdoor programs are available depending on the weather. The hotel reserves the right to change the program.)

Not included in the room price:

• Local tax: 530 HUF /person above the age 18/night
• Bathrobe for adults: 800 HUF/piece/night
• Sauna towel: 600 HUF/ piece/ day       

Children policy:                                                   

• gratis between the age 0 - 3.99 in the same room with adults
• 50% discount between the age 4 - 12.99 in the same room with adults

Payment conditions: We ask that 50% of the price be transferred to the hotel's bank account as a deposit within 5 working days of the reservation. If this is not done, the hotel may cancel the reservation.

Cancellation conditions: The reservation can be canceled 2 days before arrival, after which the full amount of the deposit will be charged as a penalty. The use of the offer can be changed to a new date within the validity period. In the event of failure to make the amendment and non-arrival, as well as earlier departure, the offer will be considered used.

In case of cancellation of the reservation during the penalty-free period, we charge an administration fee, which is 5% of the paid amount, but a minimum of HUF 3,000. We have 14 days for refunds, according to the law. We will refund the amount minus the administration fee, for which we will issue an invoice.
