Autumn recharge in Sopron

The rates include:

• Accommodation with extended half board: buffet breakfast - rich soup lunch - dinner (drinks are not included in dinner and lunch, its type depends on the number of guests: buffet system or three-course dinner.)
• Our range of dishes also includes dishes designed especially for guests who are sensitive to gluten or lactose and diabetics, which can be served on request. Your right to such catering, please let us know when you make your reservation, as well as on the spot in the restaurant!
• Use of the hotel's wellness area (indoor pool, Finnish sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, fitness room);
• Unlimited entry to Lövér swimming pool (approx. 200 m away), Lőver beach and Tómalom bathing pond;
• Discounted entry to the Erdő Háza Visitor Center and Wildlife Park, as well as to the Károly Viewpoint, the second landmark of Sopron;
• Our guests can have fun in our game room and for a fee at our pool tables and slot machines;
• Cards and board games can be requested at our reception;
• Depending on occupancy, Friday and/or Saturday evening musical dinner;
• WiFi usage;
• VAT.

(No refund for unused services. Outdoor programs are available depending on the weather. The hotel reserves the right to change the program.)

Not included:

• Local tax: 530 HUF /person above the age 18/night
• Parking: 900 HUF/car/night
• Bathrobe for adults: 800 HUF/piece/night
• Sauna towel: 500 HUF/ piece/ day       

Children policy:                                       

• gratis between the age 0 - 5.99 in the same room with adults
• 50% discount between the age 6 - 13.99 in the same room with adults

Payment conditions: We ask that 50% of the price be transferred to the hotel's bank account as a deposit within 5 working days of the reservation. If this is not done, the hotel may cancel the reservation.

Cancellation conditions: The reservation can be canceled 2 days before arrival, after which the full amount of the deposit will be charged as a penalty. The use of the offer can be changed to a new date within the validity period. In the event of failure to make the amendment and non-arrival, as well as earlier departure, the offer will be considered used.

In case of cancellation of the reservation during the penalty-free period, we charge an administration fee, which is 5% of the paid amount, but a minimum of HUF 3,000. We have 14 days for refunds, according to the law. We will refund the amount minus the administration fee, for which we will issue an invoice.
