We look forward to welcoming you again to our hotel but in order to your safe and complete holiday the following strict hygiene rules have been introduced besides the ozone disinfection technology. Reopening on 29th of May, 2020!

  1. We sell only a part of the total capacity of the hotel, namely not all of the 260 rooms and the whole 200 m2 restaurant will be marketed.
  2. We place even more emphasis on cleaning and disinfecting rooms, common areas, the restaurant, wellness centre and toilets.
  3. Cleaning and disinfection are performed with the most efficient ozone technology, which provides a 99.8% virus-free environment, it is also effective against COVID-19 and all known viruses as well as bacteria.
  4. In the foreground of the elevators on all of the 9 floors, as well as in the foyer of the restaurant and the wellness centre, we place out hand disinfection tanks.
  5. The elevators are disinfected with 100% alcohol.
  6. Plates, glasses and cutlery are cleaned and disinfected in accordance with strict hygiene rules.
  7. For staff is allowed only work in mask and gloves.
  8. It is not possible to fill in the check-in form on the spot, it will be sent to our guests in advance.
  9. Upon arrival, general information will be provided in writing form in the hotel room.
  10. In order to avoid paying for numerous rooms at the same time on departure, we kindly recommend that you pre-arrange your bill on arrival or during your stay, so you can avoid longer waiting time on your departure day. After all it is necessary to wait, a distance of 1.5 meters is compulsory.
  11. If it is possible, communication with the reception should be done by in-room telephone.
  12. Our restaurant for 250 people can only accommodate a maximum of 100 guests at the same time. You can take a seat at the set tables, which are located at a safe distance from each other.
  13. At breakfast, cold dishes are served in portions on the table, hot breakfast and drinks (coffee, tea, juice) are served by our colleagues in case of proper number of guests in a buffet system at the buffet, otherwise they can be ordered from our waiters. Please, keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other at the buffet.
  14. Lunch is available on á la carte or snack menu, furthermore we will continue to provide a daily menu offer instead of charge in our restaurant from 12:00 to 15:00 o’clock.
  15. Dinner time has been extended and dinner can be eaten between 17:00 and 21:00 o’clock. Depending on the number of guests, the dinner will be served in plate service form or in buffet system. The dishes are served by our colleagues at the buffet, please keep the required distance of 1.5 meters from each other.
  16. After finishing the meal, all tables, chairs and utensils will be disinfected.
  17. In case of good weather, the terrace is also available for our guests.
  18. We also pay increased attention to disinfection in the entire spa department. Our guests can use the wellness services and treatments periodically, we have determined a maximum number for this.
  19. Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna can only be used at the same time by guests or families who accommodate in the same room.
  20. We disinfect our pools with chlorine and our wellness & fitness centre with ozone.
  21. Our colleagues disinfect sunbeds, treatment rooms and the equipment of the fitness room but this can also be done separately by yourself with the help of the placed disinfectants.

Stricter rules serve the interests of all of us. In order to the safe and calm rest of our guests, it is obligatory to keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other in the entire area of the hotel.

We reserve the right to make changes in the light of experiences and any further actions of the Hungarian Government.
