The five-hectare historic park of Hotel Szieszta and the forest paths starting at the hotel are a natural extension of the meeting rooms, so workshops, meals, outdoor activities and accommodation are all available at a single venue – in the subalpine climatic health resort of the Lővérek, a fifteen-minute walk from Sopron city centre.
In the park and the forest
The green event area can also be used for outdoor games and barbecues. Stepping into the forest, you can discover the flora and fauna of the Sopron Mountains on a guided tour, and after dark we also organise a lantern walk to the Sörházdomb lookout tower. The Ciklámen nature trail and the Károly Heights routes provide a framework for longer hikes, and beyond these there are many other hiking opportunities in the area.
Sport and exercise
A forest running and mountain bike trail runs right next to the hotel, and our guests can also use an artificial-turf football pitch and a tennis court. The nearby municipal swimming pool offers a 50-metre swimming and water polo pool, a warm-up pool and a learner pool.

Austria and Slovakia are within easy reach: Vienna is 76 km away, Bratislava 98 km, and the Familypark in St. Margarethen can be reached in under half an hour.
