Rejuvenation for body and soul in Sopron’s green zone
The centrepiece of our facility is the indoor adventure pool, heated to 26–27 °C. The sauna area comprises a light-therapy Finnish sauna made of linden wood, a colour-therapy steam room and an infrared sauna, alongside which a jacuzzi is also available. Relaxation is further enhanced by the lounge terrace and the seasonal sun terrace, whilst the fitness centre provides opportunities for active recreation.
Thanks to the subalpine air of Lővérek, the area is a climatic health resort, so you’ll start to feel revitalised as soon as you set off on a walk through the woods. And after a longer hike, you can round off the day in our wellness centre for complete physical and mental rejuvenation.
Day ticket for external visitors
The wellness area at Hotel Szieszta is open to visitors even without a hotel booking. A full-day ticket for adults costs 4,200 Ft, a ticket for children aged between 6 and 14 costs 2,100 Ft, and a ten-visit pass for adults is available for 42,000 Ft.
On presentation of the Sopron Card, you’ll receive a 10 per cent discount on all admission tickets.
Standard services in the wellness area at Hotel Szieszta
The central area of the wellness centre, from which the saunas and relaxation areas can be accessed. The water temperature remains between 28 and 29 degrees all year round, making it pleasant for longer soaks and swimming. The pool is not fed by thermal water.
Linden is a light-coloured, fragrant wood with low thermal conductivity, which means that the benches do not become uncomfortably hot even when the cabin reaches operating temperature. The sauna experience is accompanied by soft, colour-changing light therapy lighting.
The steam room operates at a lower temperature than a Finnish sauna, with high humidity, making it pleasant even for those who find dry heat too intense.
An 8-person hot tub with massage jets, heated to 36–38 degrees. A great choice for unwinding after a long walk in Lővérek or a workout.
A seasonal outdoor terrace with sun loungers, accessible directly from the wellness area.

The Ceragem massage bed combines light, heat and acupressure treatments. The warm stones, as they move along the spine, can help to relax the muscles and improve the functioning of the internal organs.
