The rates include
- Accommodation with half board: Includes buffet breakfast and dinner (the type of dinner depends on the number of guests staying at the hotel: either a buffet or a three-course meal). Our menu includes options suitable for guests with food allergies. Beverages are not included with dinner.
- Upon arrival, complimentary tea and coffee await our guests in the room.

- At the Esterházy Palace in Eisenstadt, you receive a 20% discount on the price of the applicable ticket type by presenting your room card.
- At Forchtenstein Castle, you receive a 20% discount on the price of the selected ticket type by presenting your room card.
- Guests of Hotel Szieszta receive a 10% discount on performances at the Opera in the Quarry (Oper im Steinbruch) for Category I–V tickets (except rows without legroom and the premiere). The discount is valid only for advance purchases in the online ticket shop using the following promotion code: SZIESZTA2026. Presentation of the room card before the performance is mandatory.
- If you would like to have your pet with you during your vacation, Hotel Szieszta welcomes your dog, cat or other small animal. Pet fee: 4,000 HUF / pet / night;

Our hotel offers discounted tickets to the nearby Familypark amusement park, which you can conveniently purchase directly at the reception. With tickets purchased in advance, you can avoid queuing on site, giving you even more time for unbridled fun and enjoying the park's exciting attractions.
Child discounts apply when there are at least two paying adults in the room, with the child accommodated on an extra bed (available only in the Deluxe Room with Extra Bed room type).:
- From 0 to 3.99 years of age, accommodation and half board are free,
- From 4 to 11.99 years old we provide a 50% discount on accommodation and half board
The price is 50% advance please the hotel's bank account to transfer the reservation after 5. working day. Failing this, the hotel may cancel the booking.
The reservation prior to arrival, 2 days, can be cancelled after the deposit total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. The offer recourse validity period within new time change. The amendment's failure and not arrival, as well as earlier departure in the case of the offer felhasználtnak considered.
In case of cancellation of the reservation during the penalty-free period, we will charge an administration fee, which is 5% of the paid amount, but a minimum of 3,000 HUF. According to the law, we have 14 days to make the refund. We will refund the amount less the administration fee, for which we will issue an invoice.
