Accommodation with half board:
- Accommodation in the selected room type;
- Meals: buffet breakfast and dinner, also available for guests with food intolerances;
- Dinner is served as a buffet or plated meal, depending on occupancy, and the price does not include beverages.

- The accommodation price includes (free of charge):
- Dinner with live music on Friday and/or Saturday evening, depending on occupancy.
- Free use of swimming pools and beaches: Lővér Swimming Pool and Beach (seasonal opening hours during the summer period), Tómalom Bath (seasonal opening hours during the summer period). Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the indoor swimming pool.
- Go-karting: one 8-minute go-kart session at Racing Arena Sopron for children aged 10–16.
- Discounted admission tickets: Erdő Háza Visitor Centre and Wildlife Park, Károly Lookout Tower, Crazy Garage Escape Room, Sopron Museum Quarter, Sopron Bobsleigh Track, Esterházy Palace (Fertőd), Széchenyi Mansion (Nagycenk), Esterházy Palace (Eisenstadt), Forchtenstein Castle, St. Margarethen Quarry, Fertőrákos Quarry and Cave Theatre, Taródi Castle.

- Information for guests with special dietary requirements:
- Our selection of dishes also includes options suitable for guests with food allergies, which we can provide upon prior request.
- If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform our colleagues as soon as possible, preferably at the time of booking, so that we can accommodate your needs as fully as possible. Special meals (if a separate meal needs to be prepared for you) can be provided for an additional charge.
- In case of food intolerance or special dietary requirements, please also confirm these with our colleagues upon arrival.
- No refund is provided for unused package components.
- Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Tourist tax: 800,- HUF / person / night (payable from 18 years of age),
- Pets: 4,000 HUF/pet/night
- We reserve the right to make changes to the programme.
With a minimum of 2 paying adults in the same room, on an extra bed (only in the Deluxe Room with Extra Bed room type):
- From 0 to 3.99 years of age, accommodation and half board are free,
- Ages 4–11.99: 50% discount on the price of accommodation and half board, on an extra bed in the same room as the parents, with at least 2 paying adults.
To finalize the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total price must be transferred to the hotel’s bank account by the 5th working day following the booking.
If the deposit is not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The offer may be rescheduled to a new date within its validity period. If no modification is made, in the event of a no-show or early departure, the offer will be considered used.
In the event of free cancellation, an administration fee will be charged:
- 5% of the amount paid,
- minimum HUF 3,000.
The refund will be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable legislation.
