The rates include:

• 1 welcome cocktail to start the rest;
• Accommodation with half board: buffet breakfast and dinner (The type of dinner is buffet or 3-course dinner depending on the number of guests staying in the house. The dinner does not include drinks.);

• Our menu includes dishes suitable for people with allergies, which we serve on request. Please indicate such a request when making a reservation or on site at the restaurant;

• On Saturdays in July, themed summer dinner nights with the flavors of different nations;

• Free use of Sieszta Wellness & Spa department (pool with experience elements, Finnish sauna with light therapy, steam bath with color therapy, whirlpool, salt room, fitness room, sun terrace, lounge terrace)

• Unlimited entry to the nearby Lővér Swimming Pool; in summer to Lővér Strand and Tómalomfürdő;

• Dance nights with live music on Fridays or Saturdays, depending on occupancy;

• Our children's guests have a "Ladybug" playroom available, cards and board games can be requested at the reception. For a fee, our pool tables and gaming machines offer additional entertainment options;

• 8-minute go-kart voucher under 18 years of age;

• If you want to have your pet by your side during your vacation, Hotel Szieszta welcomes your dog, kitten or other small animal. Fee for the stay of a pet: HUF 2,000 / pet / night;

• Discounted admission to the Erdő Háza Visitor Center and Wildlife Park, as well as to the Károly Lookout, which is the second symbol of Sopron;

• Wifi connection in the hotel building;

• Parking;

• The room price includes VAT.

(No refund for unused services. Outdoor programs are available depending on the weather. The hotel reserves the right to change the program.)

Not included in the room price:

• Local tax: 530 HUF /person above the age 18/night
• Bathrobe for adults: 800 HUF/piece/night
• Sauna towel: 600 HUF/ piece/ day

Children policy:                                       

• gratis between the age 0 - 3.99 in the same room with adults
• 50% discount between the age 4 - 12.99 in the same room with adults

Payment conditions: We ask that 50% of the price be transferred to the hotel's bank account as a deposit within 5 working days of the reservation. If this is not done, the hotel may cancel the reservation.

Cancellation conditions: The reservation can be canceled 2 days before arrival, after which the full amount of the deposit will be charged as a penalty. The use of the offer can be changed to a new date within the validity period. In the event of failure to make the amendment and non-arrival, as well as earlier departure, the offer will be considered used.

In case of cancellation of the reservation during the penalty-free period, we charge an administration fee, which is 5% of the paid amount, but a minimum of HUF 3,000. We have 14 days for refunds, according to the law. We will refund the amount minus the administration fee, for which we will issue an invoice.
